What foods cause type 2 diabetes?

I always thought it was anything with sugar…

no particular food causes diabetes and it’s a myth that sugar alone causes this disease. diabetes is the body’s inability to get sugar into your cells for energy. either your own insulin isn’t working or your pancreas is no longer producing insulin. some of the possible causes of diabetes is being overweight, sedentary, a number of certain ethnic groups, a family history, and overeating a lot of food. though, a diet low in fiber and high in fats and white, processed foods can contribute to the onset of diabetes. you can help prevent or delay it by getting at least 30 minutes of exercise a day 5 days a week and eating a diet rich in fruits, vegies, berries, whole wheat, whole grain, high fiber carbs such as wheat pasta, whole wheat, whole grain breads, soy products and lean proteins, and low/non fat dairy products, nuts. adding sweet leaf, stevia, and cinnamon and chromium to your diet will help you process glucose better.

    Type 2 diabetes or diabetes mellitus is the inability of the body to breakdown sugar. The cause has always been sugar. Go on. Search the net and the hits are great. Good luck.
